領展(00823.HK)王國龍:當局應將房託納入中港證券市場互聯互通計劃
領展(00823.HK)行政總裁王國龍出席港交所(00388.HK)活動時表示,領展從首家在香港上市的房地產信託基金,發展至目前規模超過2,000億元的亞洲市值最大房託,在每個關鍵發展階段都保持著良好的記錄,並一直努力在變化中的市場環境尋求增長。
他又感謝香港監管機構創造一個有利房託行業發展的環境,認為要吸引更多投資者和發行人參與,令香港房託市場更加成功,因此當局應將房託納入內地與香港證券市場的互聯互通計劃,並要為準發行人解決上市時將資產轉移到房託架構時豁免印花稅,以及允許房託以公司而非信託形式成立等痛點。
