《即日市評》憧美放慢加息步伐 港股續升 碧桂園彈兩成
市場憧憬美聯儲局放慢加息步伐、內地指將適時適度運用降準等保持流動性,港股今日續升。美聯儲局會議記錄顯示,聯儲局官員同意在評估貨幣政策對經濟的影響後,應盡快進行較小規模的加息,美股道指及納指隔晚各升0.28%及1%,執筆之時,美國10年期債券孳息率跌至3.689厘,美匯指數跌至105.91,美股因感恩節假期休市,道指期貨最新升54點或0.16%,納指期貨最新升0.29%。摩通亞洲區貨幣指數升0.2%報98.68。國務院總理李克強主持召開國務院常務會議時表示,加大對民營企業發債的支持力度,適時適度運用降準等貨幣政策工具,保持流動性合理充裕。人民幣即期收升56個點報7.1486兌一美元,上證綜指全日跌7點或0.25%收3,089點,深證成指跌0.15%,滬深兩市成交額近7,481億人民幣。 恆指高開160點後,最多升235點高見17,759點,惟其後一度倒跌6點低見17,517點,全日收報17,660點,升137點或0.78%;國指升47點或0.8%,收報5,992點;恆生科技指數升27點或0.8%,收報3,582點。大市全日成交總額僅861.31億元,滬、深港通南下交易全日淨流出6.23億及淨流入3.13億元人民幣。 【碧桂園飆兩成 傳獲千億授信】 內房股受追捧,旭輝(00884.HK)揚18.3%收1.29元、龍湖(00960.HK)漲12.2%,碧桂園(02007.HK)股價彈20.4%報2.83元,同系碧桂園服務(06098.HK)走高11.2%。據《財聯社》報道,繼獲郵儲銀行(01658.HK)500億元人民幣意向性授信額度後,今日碧桂園還將與工行(01398.HK)、中行(03988.HK)簽約。知情人士透露,三家國有大行給予碧桂園總授信額度將超千億人民幣。 工銀國際發表報告表示,注意到今年第四季度以來監管層針對房地產行業困境進行了政策優化,為房企債務保底、為住宅市場需求托底,為購房者信心守底。該行認為,這一系列的組合政策將為房企解決自身問題贏得時間,為寬鬆政策發揮效應和市場需求修復打開空間。在行業外部條件進一步改善後,房地產行業基本面有望持續改善。該行預期2023年住宅銷售按年增速將呈現前高後平的走勢,或令房地產投資在明年下半年得以改善。該行繼續偏好經營穩健,財務健康,土儲合理和融資能力較強的房地產企業,如華潤置地(01109.HK),中國海外(00688.HK)、萬科(02202.HK)及龍湖(00960.HK)和美的置業(03990.HK)。 【升股一千隻 小米績後跌】 港股今日市寬向好,主板股票的升跌比率為25比14(上日為20比18),上升股份1,059隻(升幅3.3%);恆指成份股今日62隻股份上升,下跌股份10隻,升跌比率為85比14(上日為52比42);大市今日錄沽空120.14億元,佔可沽空股份成交額735.21億元的16.342%(上日為16.307%)。 小米(01810.HK)公布上季業績後,今日股價向下,全日跌3.6%收9.45元。摩根大通發表報告指,小米第三季經調整利潤按年下跌59%符合預期,主因宏觀疲弱及中國需求放慢,令智能手機、智能物聯網及互聯網服務在內的所有板塊表現都下滑。 該行指,即使小米估值偏低,但未見重大催化劑,其中內地庫存調整雖然已基本完成,但集團補貨過程相當平靜,內地市佔的增長前景亦似乎有限,該行維持對小米「中性」評級及目標價11.5元。
