調查:逾五成受訪者料聖誕個人消費按年增加
新城財經臺公佈年度「後疫情時代港人聖誕節消費模式」調查結果,顯示超過五成的受訪者(54%)預計今年聖誕個人消費會增加,超過三成受訪者(34%)表示消費會與去年相同,當中只有12%受訪者表示會縮減消費。 上述調查於本年10月期間以網上問卷形式進行,共訪問了4,936名年齡介乎18至65歲人士。對於今年聖誕購物及消費意向,46%受訪者預計會選擇到商場內的商店,21%選擇在零售店鋪消費,花費在網購的佔31%,出外用餐(56%)和逛街購物(52%)亦比去年增加。 調查顯示,最能吸引受訪者於聖誕到商場購物的主要原因是商場推出的購物折扣和優惠,例如:免費停車、美食廣場的折扣等(65%),令消費者可以盡情購物,其次是商場更早更長的促銷活動(51%)及提供購物大抽獎(49%)。而商場消費儲積分計劃,都是受訪者考慮的因素之一。 網上購物已經成爲市民日常生活的一部分,調查顯示受訪者在過去六個月的消費模式,網上消費漸趨成熟,接近九成受訪者表示曾在網上購物,19%更是平均每星期網上購物至少一次。四成以上的市民曾用大型商場設立的網上平臺提供的服務,甚至76%曾使用網上平臺提供訂餐或用自取平臺服務。 被問及購買不同類型產品的渠道,近七成受訪者表示購買機票或酒店住宿類別,會在商店的專屬網店、團購/代購網站或平臺,以及綜合電商平臺選購。至於美容及化妝品類別,比較少人選擇在直播帶貨平臺購買。大約有六成受訪者表示仍然會去實體店選購食品、飲品、傢俱及家居用品,原因是受訪者需要先接觸貨品及向店員面對面查詢清楚後才購買,喜歡逛街購物的過程(54%)。 調查顯示支付寶(Alipay)是最常用的電子支付工具,使用率超過六成(66%),其次爲PayMe使用率增長最爲顯着上升達五成而升至第二位,八達通跌至第三位(48%)。資料亦顯示,至少三分之一受訪者表示單次付款限額可達1,000港元,顯示他們對使用電子支付非常安心。
