騰訊(00700.HK)根據股份獎勵計劃 發行逾935萬股新股
騰訊(00700.HK)公布,董事會已決議根據股份獎勵計劃發行新股,向不少於6,600名獎勵人士授予獎勵,發行合共逾935.09萬股新股份。向受託人發行及配發的新股份,佔截至昨日的已發行股份約0.0976%,以及經配發後擴大的已發行股份約0.0975%。
騰訊表示,根據2019年計劃,董事會須安排以集團資源撥付新股份的認購款項187.02元。
公司指,旨在嘉許獎勵人士作出的貢獻,吸引和挽留持續經營和發展所需人才,今次股份發行不需要取得任何股東的進一步批准。(wl/s)
