騰訊(00700.HK):實物分派美團(03690.HK)屬最大化投資者利益
騰訊(00700.HK)宣布向合資格股東實物分派近9.6億股美團(03690.HK)B類股份,佔美團總已發行股份的約15.5%,並佔騰訊所持的美團股份逾九成,料分派後美團將不再作為聯營公司列賬,而是以公允價值計量的金融資產。
騰訊於業績電話會議上表示,騰訊總體投資策略非常清晰,不一定會去堅持持有某些資產,會充分考慮股東和投資者之間的關係,亦需要將投資者利益最大化,至於具體的投資或具體的公司持股則不作細節分析。
