市场权衡加息路径美股转跌，内房持续拉升港股三连急弹

美國上週公佈通脹數據放緩推動美股強勁反彈後，投資者開始變得審慎，令美股三大指數走弱，道指下跌211點，收33536點，納指跌127點，收11196點，標普500跌35點，收3957點。美股走弱的原因包括: 聯儲局理事沃勒指通脹數據雖有好消息，聯儲局或可放緩加息，他坦言加息不會在未來一至兩次會議上就結束，尚有很長的路要走，他表示利率會繼續保持升勢，並會在一段時間內保持高位，直到聯儲局看到通脹接近目標。聯儲局副主席布蘭納德亦於週一表示，雖然局方很快就會降低加息幅度，但仍需要很多額外工作以降低通脹。繼Twitter和Meta大規模裁員後，科企裁員潮亦殺到亞馬遜，有消息人士透露Amazon將於本週起解僱約1萬名員工。IMF表示，各國央行抗衡通脹的緊縮貨幣政策、中國經濟增長放緩，及俄烏衝突影響供應鏈將打擊全球經濟復甦前景。
港股方面連續三日急彈，並再錄大成交上升，恆指升723點，報18343點，創近兩個月高。好消息主要圍繞內房、科技和消費領域，例如: 內媒引述知情人士報道，融創中國旗下境內發債主體「融創房地產集團」正準備對其境內的債券進行整體重組，目前正對重組條款進行磋商。螞蟻集團整改過程再錄進展，繼今年與阿裏巴巴治理架構更分明後，經營個人消費貸款的「重慶螞蟻消費金融」事隔一年，再啓動新投資者入股，合計增資105億元（人民幣）。內地入境政策放寬至「5+3」後，利好內地消費股今天集體走高。
總結: 美股開始消費CPI下跌超預期的好消息，而財長耶倫以及美聯儲的高級官員均表示加息週期仍未完結，而港股方面的連續多天大成交則頗有大戶出貨的味道，仍然維持對港美股近期走勢判斷爲反彈走勢，大方向仍然向下。
