《大行報告》野村料未來一至兩周市場對內房股投資情緒續穩固 料下月中央經濟工作會議後政策更明朗化
野村發表研報指,內地當局出台一系列房地產金融支持措施,預期短期內政策和情緒驅動的反彈將持續,雖然預期相關政策不會立即令住屋需求及房屋銷售疲弱情況出現改變,但將有助於提振資本市場預期。 加上當局早前宣布調整防疫政策,野村認為房地產行業情緒將在未來一至兩個星期維持穩定。展望未來,該行認為住建部或推出更多樓市調控措施,潛在寬鬆措施包括新一輪棚改及放寬民營開發商股權再融資等。 野村又指,12月中央經濟工作會議後政策寬鬆政策預期將更明朗化,在此之前對房地產行業基本面保持謹慎,並建議投資者增持龍湖(00960.HK)及新城發展(01030.HK)等較安全民企,均予「買入」評級,目標價40.6元及6.3元。
