港交所(00388.HK)IPO新平台「FINI」接受登記 月底起測試
港交所(00388.HK)計劃於明年6月起正式推出新股平台FINI (Fast Interface for New Issuance) ,由昨日(8日)起至明年2月17日接受用戶登記,並於本月25日至明年3月31日設置測試,預期至明年上半年用戶可設立帳戶及測試平台功能,料於明年2月至3月起開放介面市場測試,並於5月起進行全市場測試。
港交所透露,FINI預計明年6月推出,正式推行當日或之後,所有IPO將會改為在FINI平台上處理,不設與現行系統兩軌並行安排。當FINI正式推出後,新股招股將由目前的「T+5」結算程序縮短至「T+2」。(gc/k)
