復星國際(00656.HK):紫金礦業擬43.95億港元收購招金礦業20%股權
格隆匯11月7日丨復星國際(00656.HK)發佈公吿,2022年11月6日,公司非全資附屬公司豫園股份與買方(即紫金礦業的全資附屬公司金山(香港)國際礦業有限公司)簽訂股份轉讓協議,據此,豫園股份同意出售,且買方同意購買出售股份(即招金礦業(01818.HK)的約6.54億股H股,截至該公吿日期分別佔目標公司已發行H股總數的約25.06%及已發行股份總數的約20.00%),合共代價約為港幣43.95億元。每股出售股份的出售價格為港幣6.72元,較11月4日收市價每股H股港幣6.840元折讓約1.75%。
