10月14日訊，雅士利國際(01230)與蒙牛乳業(02319)聯合公佈，截至本公告日期，有關25%雅士利收購案完成的餘下計劃先決條件(b)尚未達成。由於25%雅士利收購案的完成須視乎多美滋中國出售案的完成狀況而定，蒙牛與達能和雅士利一直致力於達成多美滋中國出售案的先決條件。具體而言，就達成多美滋關鍵條件2及多美滋關鍵條件5而言，雅士利已採取措施協助多美滋中國根據新國家標準就相關配方奶粉產品申請新的註冊證以及重續排水許可證和排污許可證。有關私有化提案及計劃進展的進一步公告將根據上市規則及收購守則的規定適時作出。
