新地(00016.HK)元朗「PARK YOHO Bologna」獲逾千票 明日次輪推售
新地代理總經理陳漢麟表示,新地(00016.HK)元朗住宅項目「PARK YOHO Bologna」於今日(31日)下午7時截收購樓意向登記,截至昨日(30日),項目累計接收逾1,000票,預計最終收票數字理想。
他指,項目將於明日(1日)進行次輪推售,當中包括4伙一房(複式連套房)單位,預期此戶型可全數沽清。而項目倘未推出的2伙兩房(複式連套房)標準分層單位,料將以價單形式推售。另外,項目將視乎次輪銷售的銷情,將盡快加推。
