《內地樓市》北京第四批次集中出讓6幅住宅地皮 起始總價122.9億人幣
北京發布2022年度第四批次商品住宅用地出讓公告顯示,此次共出讓六幅住宅地皮,用地規模約15公頃,地上建築規模約32萬平方米,將於11月下旬集中成交。
公告顯示,六幅住宅地皮起始總價122.9億元人民幣,全部設置競現房銷售面積環節,地皮分別位於通州區、石景山區、門頭溝區及朝陽區,朝陽區佔三幅。
