10月21日訊，據國家藥監局網站，10月20日，國家藥監局副局長黃果帶隊在北京調研《藥品網絡銷售監督管理辦法》實施籌備情況，調研組來到叮噹快藥(09886)、美團(03690)、阿裏健康(00241)等互聯網平臺企業，深入瞭解落實平臺主體責任義務、加強經營行爲管理等情況。黃果強調，宣貫《藥品網絡銷售監督管理辦法》，互聯網平臺企業是關鍵。平臺企業要落實管理責任，全面加強藥品網絡銷售質量管理，建立健全質量管理體系；要發揮技術優勢，利用以網管網的管理手段，持續提升行業標準和服務水平，力爭在平臺生態治理方面見成效；要加強對入駐商家的宣傳培訓，督促引導商家合法合規經營，形成社會共治的良好格局。
9月26日，華泰證券：維持阿裏健康(00241)“買入”評級，目標價降至5.4港元。9月5日，大和：上調阿裏健康(00241)評級至“跑贏大市”，目標價升至4.8港元。
