國際家居零售(01373.HK)附屬訂立租賃方案 涉逾1.12億元
國際家居零售(01373.HK)公布,今年10月21日,附屬日本城(香港)作為租戶已接受獨立第三方亞洲貨櫃物流中心香港提出的租賃方案,以租賃兩個貨倉物業。
據此,固定租期為60個月,自2023年4月1日至2028年3月31日止,其中包括3個月免租期,以及固定租期為12個月,自2028年4月1日至2029年3月31日止;而代價總值合共約為1.07億元及保證金約為540萬元,將以集團內部資金支付。(ca/w)
