美國十年期債券孳息率升越4.2厘創逾14年高,港股今日持續向下。英國首相卓慧思宣布請辭,美國費城聯儲行長哈克料今年底利率有可能需要提高至遠高於4%,美股道隔夜先升後跌,道指及納指各跌0.3%及0.6%;執筆之時,美國10年期債券孳息率攀升至4.272厘,美匯指數最新升至113.27,美元兌日圓曾升至150.91,道指期貨最新跌121點或0.4%,納指期貨最新跌0.9%。摩通亞洲區貨幣指數跌0.25%報95.86,人民幣即期收跌117點報7.2594兌一美元,即期夜盤最新跌350點報7.2525兌一美元,上證綜指全日升3點或0.13%收3,038點,深證成指跌0.42%,滬深兩市成交額7,123億人民幣。 恆指今日先升後回,今早高開50點,早段曾升78點一度高見16,359點,其後反覆倒跌143點一度低見16,137點,尾市曾再度倒升,惟全日跌69點或0.42%,收16,211點(連跌三日,累跌703點或4.2%);國指全日升5點或0.09%,收5,517點;恆生科技指數跌19點或0.62%,收3,101點。大市全日成交總額939.7億元,滬、深港通南下交易淨流入17.52億及28.06億元人民幣。快手(01024.HK)股價跌8.2%報40元,匯豐研究料快手短期增長面臨挑選,下調對其目標價至80元。而美十年期債息越4.2厘,領展(00823.HK)挫4.7%,中電(00002.HK)股價跌2.8%。 恆指本周累跌376點或2.3%、國指本周累跌111點或2%、恆生科指本周累跌105點或3.3%。市場預期美國未來將進取加息,美元兌日圓近日升越至150水平。 【申洲沽壓重 Adidas發盈警】 Adidas削全年收入預測,大中華區表現繼續不濟,供應商申洲(02313.HK)全日股價挫9.5%收56.6元,而滔博(06110.HK)亦跌4.2%。Adidas預計今年在剔除匯率變動後收入將有中單位數增長,低於之前預期的中至高單位數的預測,而經營溢利率預測亦由7%調低至4%,因大中華區銷售進一步惡化,以及自9月初以來西方主要市場的消費者需求下降導致庫存大幅增加。 摩根士丹利發表報告表示,已與Adidas方面進行溝通,並認為市場對Adidas發盈利預警的時點不應感到意外,因為其給予財年指引的後營運負荷很大,有越來越多的證據表明西方市場競爭格局正在惡化。該行指,Adidas今年第三季淨利潤低於市場原預期65%,料今年第四季淨利潤將會明顯遜於市場預期,估計末季EBIT毛利率低市場原預期970個基點,毛利較市場原預期低14%,EBIT會錄虧損4.55億歐元,並會錄淨虧損3.41億歐元。 【市寬略改善 內房股造高】 港股今日市寬略改善,主板股票的升跌比率為20比18(上日為11比28);恆指成份股今日32隻股份上升,下跌股份40隻,升跌比率為44比55(上日為38比60);大市今日錄沽空204.62億元,佔可沽空股份成交額804.63億元的25.431%(上日為24.95%)。 內房股造好,碧桂園(02007.HK)升6.7%,旭輝(00884.HK)及龍湖(00960.HK)各升3.6%及3.5%,物管股碧服(06098.HK)升3.1%。據《中國證券報》引述中證監相關人士表示,對於涉房地產企業,在確保股市融資不投向房地產業務的前提下,允許存在少量涉房業務但不以房地產為主業的企業在A股市場融資。具體包括自身及控股子公司涉房的,最近一年一期房地產業務收入、利潤佔企業當期相應指標的比例不超過10%;參股子公司涉房的,最近一年一期房地產業務產生的投資收益佔企業當期利潤的比例不超過10%。
