港交所(00388.HK)前高層許淑(女閒)索償案獲准轉高院審理
港交所(00388.HK)前綠色及可持續發展金融主管許淑(女閒)向港交所申索未發放的酌情花紅和未到期行使的股份,合共約539萬元。
許淑(女閒)在庭上作出口頭補充陳詞指,今次申索是源於在職場上受到港交所某主管的長期欺凌。
勞資審裁署署理主任審裁官林美施指,本案涉及不少法律原則和事實爭議,高等法院對案件管理和程序規管更嚴謹和完善,對與訟雙方更為有利,故批准將案件轉至高院。
