紅星美凱龍(01528.HK):15億元閒置募集資金暫時補充流動資金歸還完成
格隆匯10月20日丨紅星美凱龍(01528.HK)公佈,公司於2021年10月25日、2021年10月26日、2021年10月29日、2021年11月11日從募集資金專用賬户轉出2.6億元、2億元、5.7億元和4.7億元。截至2022年10月20日,公司已將上述暫時用於補充流動資金的15億元閒置募集資金足額歸還至募集資金專用賬户。經公司第四屆董事會第三十三次臨時會議和第四屆監事會第十次臨時會議審議通過的募集資金用於暫時補充流動資金已全部歸還完畢
