太古地產(01972.HK):歡迎施政報告多管齊下增加土地儲備
太古地產(01972.HK)對政府發表新一份《施政報告》表示歡迎,預期當中多項措施將加強本港作爲領先國際金融中心的競爭力,加快融入國家發展大局。
太古地產表示,作爲主要地產發展商之一,歡迎政府多管齊下增加土地儲備,指出市區重建是土地供應的主要來源,很高興政府計劃精簡造地的法定及行政程序,放寬申請強拍門檻以利市區重建,以及加快發展北部都會區與新田科技城。
公司又相信,「簡約公屋」及「私人發展商參與興建資助房屋先導計劃」等全新政策能協助滿足社會對優質公營房屋的需求,未來將積極提出意見和建議,支持發展局檢視建造業的勞工短缺情況。
