《大行報告》大摩:貝殼(02423.HK)研究顯示黃金周二手樓成交復甦
摩根士丹利發表報告指,據貝殼(02423.HK)研究顯示,十一黃金周期間,在50個內地城市當中,二手樓日均銷量按年增54%,較2020年同期高於3%,主是受惠於假期前推出的協同政策刺激。在50個城市當中,約90%的銷量錄得按年正增長,部分更是較二線城市表現強勁,錄得逾100%的按年增長。
該行表示,黃金周的數據表現勝於預期,與2020年同期相比,二手樓銷量增長呈正面上升走勢,升幅達3%,惟該行仍注意到8、9月表現持續疲軟,將會在今年第四季,繼續尋找更多持續復甦的信號。(ca/k)
