海底撈(06862.HK)公佈,截至目前,公司2026年1月到期2.15釐票據的未償還本金總額爲5.39億美元,公司現提呈要約購回票據。
根據要約,公司擬按2026年票據每1,000美元本金額848美元加應計利息的購買價以現金購買最多爲最高接納金額的2026年票據本金總額,最高接納金額爲本金總額2.4億美元。要約期由今日(10日)起,並將於倫敦時間下週二(18日)下午4時正(香港時間下午11時正)屆滿。
