《即日市評》恆指再跌 成交創近十個月低 內房股受壓
有聯儲局官員重申仍需要繼續加息,市場亦觀望美國今晚公布9月份非農就業數據(市場預測25萬份),港股今日向下。美國前財長薩默斯表示仍然認為美國的失業率必須上升至6%才能壓制通脹,美股道指及納指隔晚各跌1.15%及0.68%,執筆之時,美國10年期債券孳息率升至3.843厘,美匯指數最新升至112,道指期貨最新跌22點或0.07%,納指期貨最新跌0.46%。摩通亞洲區貨幣指數跌0.04%報97.36。內地A股國慶假期休市,直至下周一(10日)才照常開市。而離岸人民幣兌美元升0.29%至7.0931。 恆指今早低開160點後跌幅擴大,午後一度跌294點曾低見17,717點,全日收報17,740點,跌272點或1.51%;國指跌110點或1.79%,收報6,074點;恆生科技指數跌120點或3.3%,收報3,539點。大市全日成交總額降至570億元,創自去年12月24日以來最低水平,滬、深港通南下交易暫停,下周一(10日)恢復。 恆指本周累升517點或3%、國指本周累升160點或2.7%、恆生科指本周累升89點或2.6%。美國早前公布8月職位空缺數量減少大約112萬個,錄得逾兩年來最大減幅,令投資者關注未來或放慢加息步伐,投資者關注美國未來加息步伐。 【車股續受壓 「蔚小理」捱沽】 中資汽車股持續受壓,比亞迪(01211.HK)股價走低3.6%,電動車新勢力「蔚小理」捱沽,理想(02015.HK)下瀉近14.8%。蔚來(09866.HK)跌10.5%。小鵬(09868.HK)跌6%。摩根大通發表報告指,內地車股股價表現和乘用車銷售面臨的壓力可能會第四季持續。目前該行所覆蓋的內地汽車公司股價在今年累計回調34%。疲軟的表現主要受累於包括第二季上海封城期間的生產損失、成本上漲以及首兩季的業績不理想。該行指車股5至6月的股價反彈是短期性,因為估值不具吸引力,加上惡化的銷售和競爭環境。上述影響汽車股表現的因素將在第四季度持續,對年底持謹慎態度,關注車股月度銷售而非年度銷售趨勢。 建銀國際發表內地汽車行業報告,指對中國汽車市場短期面臨挑戰,維持對2022年餘下時間的車市的謹慎看法,對今年第三季度的看法較第四季度更為謹慎。該行預計要在今年10月之後才會出現實質性改善,最早在2023年第二季度完全恢復。該行預計內地汽車行業的利潤率在今年下半年面臨壓力,難以支持進口汽車的新車利潤率。 【跌股千二隻 內房股走疲】 港股今日市寬轉弱,主板股票升跌比率為9比30(上日為15比22),下跌股份1,278隻(跌幅2.9%);恆指成份股今日7隻股份上升,下跌股份65隻,升跌比率為10比89(上日為33比62)。大市今日錄沽空127.45億元,佔可沽空股份成交額442.52億元的28.801%(上日為25.37%)。 內房股走弱,龍湖(00960.HK)全日挫近9%,碧桂園(02007.HK)跌6.9%,旭輝(00884.HK)下滑8.3%。匯豐環球研究表示,當領先民營開發商旭輝未能償還貸款,中國困難的房地產行業最近再次陷入困境,主要擔憂是事件引起了市場對「變裝債務」(disguised debt)的關注,造成整個房地產生態系統的另一個壓力點。匯豐研究下調六間內房股目標價,以反映涉及「變裝債務」敞口,以及由於更高的償債風險,將旭輝評級從「買入」下調至「持有」。(wl/a) ~
