《大行報告》瑞銀:調查顯示內地買家於未來兩年購房意欲趨穩 下調今年住宅銷售面積預測至按年跌23%
瑞銀發表報告指,其於8月進行、訪問了2,537人的最新內地房地產調查顯示,與4月調查相比,受訪者在未來兩年的買樓意欲已見穩定,相信是因近期的政策刺激,部分抵銷了市場憂慮項目停工和暫停償還按揭對竣工的風險。
瑞銀認為,由於政策持續放鬆、樓價預期穩定,及對疫情爆發的憂慮減輕,市場對買樓的信心亦已穩定。該行預期,未來數個月內地的房地產政策將進一步放鬆,行業活動會在低位穩定,將內地今年住宅銷售面積預測調低至按年下跌23%,新開工料跌35%,竣工及房地產投資則估計分別跌20%及8%。
