據港交所10月5日披露,巨星傳奇向港交所主板提交上市申請,民銀資本為獨家保薦人。該公司於2021年9月30日、2022年3月31日曾向港交所遞表。
周杰倫的母親葉惠美是巨星傳奇的控股股東及創始人。公司的業務營運包括兩個分部,即新零售分部,公司主要開發及銷售健康管理產品及護膚品;及IP創造及營運分部,公司通過為媒體內容提供策劃及其他項目管理服務、擔任大型明星演唱會及其他活動的策劃服務供應商及/或投資方以及設計及授權專有明星IP,創造獨有的明星IP。
