消费券第二期派发首个周末 新地(00016.HK)15大商场人流生意升逾两成
消费券第二期派发首个周末,新地(00016.HK)15大商场包括apm、大埔超级城、世贸中心、新太阳广场、元朗广场、柴湾新翠商场、上水新都广场等宣布,国庆假期前夕连周末共3天商场人流及生意按年分别升逾20%。
新鸿基地产代理执行董事冯秀炎表示,第二期消费券推出首周末,人流高峰提早在中午出现,商场累积派发逾三千份消费优惠,令商场及商户受惠,尤其是电子影音、金饰及运动服饰行业,平均生意按年升20%至30%。她称,消费券带动下,加上圣诞等大型节庆即将来临,预计今年第四季商场人流生意表现将较第三季更理想。
