坐視不理！白宮經濟顧問和美財長淡化美元走強，給漲勢大開綠燈
FX168財經報社(香港)訊 日前，強勢美元衝擊全球，對此，白宮經濟顧問迪斯和美國財長耶倫不理會美元走強，認爲這反映了美國的經濟實力。

白宮經濟顧問布萊恩·迪斯(Brian Deese)週二對記者表示，現在美元的強勢比以往任何時候都更能反映美國經濟的相對實力。
“在高度不確定的全球環境中……我們看到的是，儘管我們的復甦過程非常複雜，但美國經濟的獨特實力地位正在得到鞏固，”迪斯在華盛頓特區經濟俱樂部主辦的一場活動後對記者說。
當被問及他是否擔心其他地區經濟疲軟對美國的溢出效應時，Deese提到了歐洲、英國和中國，並表示拜登政府對全球增長軌跡中“特別疲弱”的領域給予了“大量關注”。
同日，美國財政部長耶倫表示，金融市場運行正常，沒有看到不穩定的金融市場狀況。她說，她沒有看到任何流動性或去槓桿化的問題。
耶倫指出，由於與通貨膨脹作鬥爭，目前的市況更爲緊張。美國財政部正在密切關注市場狀況。
英國則是另一回事，但並非完全如此。據英國《金融時報》報道，耶倫週二表示，美國正密切關注英國財政計劃的進展，此前英國政府公佈了一項財政計劃，導致英鎊兌美元跌至紀錄低點。
耶倫在訪問北卡羅來納州結束時對記者表示，最近幾天的金融動盪似乎僅限於英國，並沒有蔓延到全球經濟。該報稱，她拒絕就英國的新預算髮表評論。
耶倫發表上述言論之際，國際貨幣基金組織(IMF)週二公開批評了英國的新經濟戰略。此前，英鎊和英國國債市場暴跌，迫使英國央行承諾採取“重大”應對措施，以穩定經濟。
耶倫表示，金融市場“仍然運行良好”，並補充說，他們“沒有看到市場出現流動性問題”。
耶倫說，美國和英國都有“嚴重的通貨膨脹問題，中央銀行都集中精力想要降低通貨膨脹。”
從某種程度上說，耶倫和迪斯的言論爲美元在整個外匯市場上的上漲開了綠燈，這就是目前在週三(9月28日)亞太時區所發生的事情。
美元兌一籃子貨幣接近20年來的高點，美元指數上漲0.18%，至114.35點，接近週一觸及的114.58點的高點。
指標美國10年期公債收益率(殖利率)和30年期公債收益率(殖利率)隔夜升至新高，此前美聯儲官員重申了強硬立場。
“美元的強勢確實超出了許多預測者對今年的預期，而且很可能在更長時間內保持較高的水平，”澳大利亞聯邦銀行國際經濟和貨幣戰略高級助理Carol Kong說。
