新城市廣場Play Park總投資額達1.5億元 料10月商場營業額升15%
新地(00016.HK)旗下新城市廣場開設綜合親子娛樂體驗專區「Play Park」明起試業,佔地6萬平方呎、分佈UB及LB兩大樓層的Play Park已悉數獲主打娛樂體驗的商戶承租。此外,新城市廣場現正為5樓室外空間進行翻新,又將設有互動樂園,預計於2023年暑假開幕。
新鴻基地產代理有限公司租務部副總經理許嘉雯表示,Play Park的總投資額達1.5億元,是新城市廣場首個主打「全年齡」娛樂體驗式消費概念的先導項目。為延續Play Park開業的消費勢頭,新城市廣場將斥資300萬元推廣費策動連串推廣優惠。受惠於消費券的發放及Play Park連串開業推廣,她預料,新城市廣場10月份的人流及營業額將按年上升12%及15%。
