中國銀保監:房產金融化泡沫化勢頭已實質性扭轉 穩妥處置恆大等部分龍頭房企風險
據《證券時報》報道,中國銀保監會有關部門負責人近日指出,今年以來,銀保監會持續引導銀行保險機構支持穩住宏觀經濟大盤,前期已投放的政策性開發性金融工具投資帶動作用明顯;同時,重點領域風險由快速發散轉為明顯收斂,房地產金融化泡沫化勢頭已得到實質性扭轉,過去五年內處置不良資產額已超過之前12年處置額總和。 上述負責人表示,銀行業保險業對實體經濟的供給持續增加。銀保監會相關部門負責人介紹,前8月人民幣貸款新增15.6萬億人民幣(下同),按年多增5,540億元。8月末,保險資金運用餘額24.5萬億元,較年初增長6.6%。 其中,銀保監會引導銀行機構大力支持基礎設施和重大項目建設。1-8月,基礎設施建設貸款新增2.95萬億元,政策性開發性銀行和大型銀行基礎設施建設貸款增長加快,新增2.32萬億元。該負責人指出,已投放政策性開發性金融工具的投資帶動作用明顯,前期已經落實到項目的政策性開發性金融工具投放金額3,000億元,支持投資項目900多個,項目計劃總投資超過3萬億元。 其中,銀行業不良資產認定和處置大步推進。該負責人表示,2017年至2022年7月末累計處置不良資產13.5萬億元,已超過之前12年處置額總和。同時,對金融違法違規行為進行嚴厲懲治,依法處置安邦集團、華信集團等嚴重違法違規企業,完成接管包商銀行和「明天系」6家保險信托機構。 該負責人還指出,當前房地產金融化泡沫化勢頭已得到實質性扭轉。銀保監會堅持「房住不炒」定位,圍繞穩地價、穩房價、穩預期」目標,持續完善房地產金融管理長效機制。合理滿足房地產市場融資需求,穩妥處置恆大等部分龍頭房企風險。
