凱萊英(06821.HK)終止全購化學技術公司Snapdragon股權
凱萊英(06821.HK)表示,就今年2月公布計劃透過全資附屬Merger Sub增持美國私營化學技術公司Snapdragon股份至100%,經訂約方多輪討論,並考慮到由於監管原因導致與Snapdragon圍繞未來發展規劃和對應措施尚無法達成一致,於9月18日,各方訂立終止協議。
公司預期,未來仍將繼續與Snapdragon保持業務上的戰略合作,終止收購不會對營運及財務狀況造成任何重大不利影響。(gc/u)
