中國置業投資(00736.HK)年度持續經營業務營業額增加約21.31%至8637萬港元 19日復牌
格隆匯9月16日丨中國置業投資(00736.HK)公吿,截至2022年3月31日止年度,公司持續經營業務營業額約為8637萬港元,較去年增加約21.31%。營業額增加主要由於租賃物業產生的租金收入及來自放債業務的貸款利息收入增加所致。經審核溢利淨額約為1304萬港元,上年同期溢利淨額約3617萬港元。
此外,公司已向聯交所申請股份自2022年9月19日上午九時正起於聯交所恢復買賣。
