宽松政策频出刺激内房全天强势，美股迷雾重重隔夜收盘勉强回稳

昨晚美股經歷週二的暴跌後稍爲回穩，美國8月生產者價格指數按年升8.7%，低於市場預期的8.8%，更大幅低於前值9.8%，爲美股帶來正面影響，令納指升86點，收報11719點、道指微升30點，收報31135點、標普500亦微升13點，收報3946點。不過，美股市場不同消息仍然是非常負面，例如: 全美貨運鐵路工會可能將於週五開始全國大罷工，美國鐵路客運公司已取消週四所有長途列車，美國國內物流供應料受罷工影響，進一步造成通脹壓力、Alphabet旗下Google在歐洲遇上歷來最重的反壟斷罰款，罰款額達41.25億歐元、對衝基金橋水創始人達利奧指美國聯儲局如果加息至4.5釐，股市將下跌20%、新興市場之父麥樸思表示，由於通脹持續在高位，聯儲局有可能將加息至高於通脹水平，以壓抑通脹，不排除聯儲局會加息至9釐水平。

恆指方面亦跟隨美股稍爲回穩低開高走，低開13點後轉升，一度上升超過100點，恆指全日升83點，收報18930點，成交818.6億元。港股市場目前是充斥不同利好因素，包括: 據消息人士指，中國國家主席習近平支持放寬除北京、上海、廣州、深圳四個一線城市外的所有內地城市的購房限制，並鼓勵地方政府根據每個城市的具體情況制定計劃、國務院總理李克強主持國務院常務會議，決定進一步延長製造業緩稅補繳期限4個月，加力助企紓困、早前傳出被監管部門要求摸底的復星指出相關報導嚴重失實一事，將向法院提起訴訟以及騰訊事隔逾1年後再有國內遊戲獲批商業收費板號。總結: 港股和美股大方向會繼續往下走是很大機會已確認，不過美股做空比率高企以及港通股資金奮力護盤下不排除短線有一陣子兇猛的打空頭上演。
