人行副行長:規範平台企業支付業務
據《證券時報》報道,人民銀行副行長張青松在第十一屆中國支付清算論壇上稱,在推動支付產業高質素發展時表示,要落實好強化大型支付平台企業監管、促進支付和金融科技規範健康發展的工作方案,堅持支付業務回歸本源,規範平台企業支付業務,加快非銀行支付機構條例立法進程,夯實監管法治基礎。
他亦指,要加強支付清算能力建設,加強支付基礎設施統籌規劃,進一步提升境內跨境資金循環效率,提升跨境支付服務水平,切實助力人民幣國際化,鼓勵支付產業各方勇於創新,增進合作,推出更多中國模式、中國方案、中國產品並服務於全球支付市場。
