新地(00016.HK)十五大商場包括apm、大埔超級城、世貿中心、新太陽廣場、元朗廣場、柴灣新翠商場、上水新都廣場等表示,透過創意互動應節裝置、戶外賞月體驗,加上商場各式節慶活動及多重消費優惠獎賞,推動商場人流及生意,中秋節長周末共3天商場人流及生意按年分別升15%。 新地執行董事馮秀炎表示,本地零售市道逐漸回暖,剛過去7月的本地零售業總銷貨額估計為283億港元,較去年同月上升4.1%,遠超預期,本地就業市場持續改善及政府電子消費券帶動,市民消費信心向好,促使更願意趁中秋到商場消遣過節。 馮秀炎稱,今年中秋節長周末共3天(9月10日至12日)新地十五大商場人流較去年同期升逾15%。當中以餐飲、電子產品及珠寶手錶較受惠,平均生意按年升10%至15%。餐飲方面,隨著接種疫苗市民增加,又適逢今年中秋節正日碰巧星期六,連帶午市、晚市均近乎滿座,鄰近住宅區的商場餐飲最見受惠。唯近日防疫政策有所收緊,不少顧客因而減少逾8人聚會,轉為在非中式餐廳訂檯,並以6至8人家庭客聚餐為主。為彌補大檯訂位減少的損失,不少餐廳限每輪用餐1.5小時,冀加快翻檯次數,晚市消費平均達3,000至4,000元。另有中小企公司客於中秋前與員工午市慶節,補償年初因疫情而叫停的春茗聚會,為食肆帶來額外生意。 展望下半年,馮秀炎表示,就業率和市民收入持續改善,加上10月政府即將發放第二輪電子消費券,料可再度刺激消費,預料市面氣氛會持續向好。
