美股異動 | Shopify漲7% 聘請大摩銀行家為CFO
格隆匯9月9日丨加拿大電商巨頭Shopify(SHOP.US)漲7.76%,報34.42美元,總市值436億美元。Shopify週四發表聲明稱,該公司聘請了摩根士丹利投資銀行家Jeff Hoffmeister為下一任首席財務官,現任首席財務官Amy Shapero將於10月27日卸任。Shopify還任命產品副總裁Kaz Nejatian為首席運營官,即時生效。他接替了即將退休並計劃加入Shopify董事會的Toby Shannan。該公司目前正在努力應對電商業務增長放緩的問題,啟動了裁員。巴克萊分析師Trevor Young週四在給客户的一份報吿中表示,這種變化有點令人意外,而且這次調整的時機引發了市場對其第三季度業績表現以及未來幾個季度是否會再次進行調整的懷疑。
