統計指內地超24個城市推「一人購房全家幫」政策 以三、四線城市爲主
據內媒《證券時報》旗下「券商中國」報道,近日,內地多個地方政府出臺購房支持政策繼續出臺。9月6日,河北石家莊發佈住房公積金新規,其中提出,降低貸款首付比例,在橋西區、長安區、新華區、裕華區、高新區購首套或二套房最低首付比例爲30%,在其他區域最低首付比例20%。同時,擴大償還貸款提取範圍,父母可以申請作爲共同還款人。不完全統計,據內媒統計今年以來超24個內地城市推出該項措施,以三、四線城市爲主。
9月2日,海南省住房公積金管理局發佈《關於調整住房公積金使用政策的通知(徵求意見稿)》,其中提出制定「一人購房全家幫」相關住房公積金互助使用政策,包括提取支付首付款業務和對衝償還住房公積金貸款業務。
按不完全統計,今年6月以來,已經有廣東珠海和潮州、四川資陽、湖南邵陽、陝西鹹寧、河北唐山、秦皇島和石家莊、河南信陽等多地出臺住房公積金新政,支持「一人購房全家幫」。其中,唐山的政策不僅適用於住房公積金貸款購房,也同時適用於公積金職工商業貸款購房。
業內人士認爲,「一人購房全家幫」政策能夠提高住房公積金貸款額度,增強保障性和互助性,同時能喚醒「睡眠資金」,將家庭的「暗補」變爲使用住房公積金的「明補」。(wl/s)
