《新股消息》據報富衛延至最快明年首季在港上市 集資10億美元
據《彭博通訊社》引述消息人士指,李澤楷旗下富衛集團(FWD)目標於2023年首季在香港上市。
消息指,由於市況疲弱而於今年5月決定推遲在港上市的富衛集團,正致力最早於明年第一季度進行招股,維持尋求集資規模約10億美元。
知情人士稱,富衛集團計劃最早在下周重新提交其上市文件,提供更多最新的財務細節。儘管行業因疫情而面臨逆風,但更新後的文件將顯示集團今年上半年盈利仍錄增長。
消息指,上市計劃仍在進行中,規模和時間等細節仍可能發生變化。
