港交所(00388.HK):互聯互通機制納入外企有助刺激本港一級及二級市場交投
港交所(00388.HK)聯席營運總監及市場聯席主管姚嘉仁接受《香港經濟日報》訪問時表示,互聯互通機制納入外國公司屬一大突破,相信會對本港的一級及二級市場產生正面作用,並提升本港市場的戰略吸引力。
他稱,由於香港是唯一可讓外國公司與內地投資者互相對接的海外市場,相信當外國公司納入「港股通」後可吸引到更多外國公司來港上市,同時香港一級及二級市場交投亦將有所增加,因掛鉤外國公司指數期貨合約、衍生品或ETF產品日後可在本港交易時段進行對沖,預計將可帶動港股的交投量。
