建設銀行(00939.HK)完成發行400億元無固定期限資本債券
格隆匯9月1日丨建設銀行(00939.HK)發佈公吿,該行近日在全國銀行間債券市場發行了中國建設銀行股份有限公司2022年無固定期限資本債券(第一期),並於2022年8月31日發行完畢。該期債券發行規模為人民幣400億元,前5年票面利率為3.20%,每5年調整一次,在第5年及之後的每個付息日附發行人有條件贖回權。該期債券募集的資金將依據適用法律和監管部門的批准,補充該行的其他一級資本。
