廣東省:鼓勵繼續發放餐飲及旅宿等消費券 完善房地產政策
廣東省發布加大力度持續促進消費若干措施提出,持續優化汽車消費環境。廣州及深圳進一步完善購車資格規定及增加購車指標。全面落實符合要求乘用車減半徵收車輛購置稅和二手車經銷企業銷售舊車交易增值稅由2%下調至0.5%減稅政策。至2022年底前基本實現全省高速公路服務區充電設施100%全覆蓋。
同時,鼓勵各地市繼續發放零售業(不含汽車銷售)、餐飲、文旅、住宿及體育領域消費券,消費券抵扣金額最高不超過20%,時間開展至2022年10月31日。鼓勵各地市今日(9月1日)至11月30日開展家電「以舊換新」活動,省級財政對各市通過財政資金補貼電視機、空調、洗衣機、冰箱、電腦、手機、電飯煲、熱水器八大類家電「以舊換新」的實際支出部分給予獎補,對珠三角地市(不含深圳市)按其實際支出的50%比例補貼,對粵東粵西粵北地區地市按其實際支出的70%比例補貼。
措施還提到,要擴大保障性租賃住房供給,鼓勵機關事業單位、國有企業等單位對現有符合安全要求物業改造為租賃住房,簡化利用存量土地和房屋改建保障性租賃住房調整規劃的手續,盤活存量資源。進一步優化住房公積金使用範圍,支持有條件的地市結合實際提高租房提取額度,簡化提取流程。支持各地從當地實際出發完善房地產政策,支持剛性和改善性住房需求。(ta/) ~
