萬科A(000002.SZ):萬物雲通過港交所聆訊
格隆匯9月1日丨萬科A(000002.SZ)公告稱,公司2021年第一次臨時股東大會、2021年第二次A股類別股東大會及2021年第二次H股類別股東大會審議通過了擬分拆所屬子公司萬物雲空間科技服務股份有限公司(簡稱“萬物雲”)到香港聯交所主板獨立上市的相關議案。
根據萬物雲告知,萬物雲已於2022年9月1日就分拆萬物雲境外上市向香港聯交所遞交聆訊後資料集,以供登載於香港聯交所網站。聆訊後資料集可於香港聯交所披露易網站查閱及下載。
