格隆匯8月31日丨領地控股(06999.HK)發佈公吿,截至2022年6月30日止六個月,公司物業銷售收益增加50.4%至約人民幣63.64億元,佔集團總收益的98.8%。毛利率截至2022年6月30日止六個月約為16%,及截至2021年6月30日止六個月約為20.3%。期間錄得期內利潤約人民幣4660萬元,而截至2021年6月30日止六個月利潤約為人民幣1.25億元。
截至2022年6月30日止六個月,集團的合約銷售金額達到人民幣8,813.2百萬元,較2021年同期同比減少33.9%。期間合約銷售總建築面積約為1.2百萬平方米,較截至2021年6月30日止六個月約1.5百萬平方米相比,減少約23%。
