中原城市領先指數CCL報174.62點,創128周新低(近兩年半低,2020年3月低見174.03點),按周跌0.58%。中原地產研究部高級聯席董事黃良昇指,本周CCL跌破175點,短期目標下試170點,重返2019年初時的水平。CCL連跌六周,是2019年10月後(近147周)以來首見,樓價跌勢未止。 CCL八大指數中,九龍樓價最接近2019年低位,差距最多的是新界西。以本周最新指數與2019年各自低位計,九龍CCL_Mass相差0.88點或0.53%,港島CCL_Mass相差5.33點或3.03%,新界東CCL_Mass相差7.55點或4.28%,新界西CCL_Mass相差13.31點或8.64%。CCL相差4.68點或2.75%,CCL Mass相差5.22點或3.06%,CCL(中小型單位)相差4.79點或2.83%,CCL(大型單位)相差5.22點或3.05%。 九龍CCL_Mass最新報166.53點,創184周新低(2019年2月低見165.65點),按周跌0.87%,連跌四周共3.81%。新界東CCL_Mass報183.81點,創181周新低(2019年3月低見182.71點),按周跌1.75%,連跌兩周共4.52%。港島CCL_Mass報181.42點,按周升1.04%,連跌五周後反彈,上周指數創128周新低。新界西CCL_Mass報167.34點,按周升0.2%。新地(00016.HK)屯門「NOVO LAND」熱賣,期間新界西樓價連升三周共1.23%。 另外,中原城市大型屋苑領先指數CCL Mass報176.09點,創180周新低(2019年3月低見175.38點),按周跌0.25%。CCL(中小型單位)報174.24點,創180周新低(2019年3月低見173.32點),按周跌0.28%。
