中國海油(600938.SH/00883.HK)公佈中期業績：淨利潤大幅攀升 股息派發創新高
(香港，2022年8月25日) 中國海洋石油有限公司(“公司”或“中國海油”，香港聯交所股票代碼：00883，上海證券交易所股票代碼：600938)今天公佈了公司截至2022年6月30日的2022年中期業績。
上半年，公司緊密圍繞勘探開發主營業務，推進增儲上產攻堅、科技創新強基和綠色發展跨越“三大工程”及提質增效升級行動取得紮實成效，經營業績再創歷史同期最好水平。經過積極籌備，公司於4月21日順利完成首次公開發行A股並在上交所主板上市。此舉既為公司健康可持續發展拓寬了融資渠道，也為中國境內資本市場提供了優質投資標的。
上半年，公司着力抓好油氣勘探工作，可持續發展資源基礎得到進一步夯實。在中國海域，獲得並確認渤中26-6和渤中19-2兩個大中型發現。在海外，圭亞那Stabroek項目再獲5個新發現，可採資源量已達約110億桶油當量。在非常規資源方面，海上頁巖油勘探喜獲新突破，陸上深煤層氣井壓裂施工順利完成。
公司着力做好油氣增產工作，淨產量創歷史同期新高，達304.8百萬桶油當量，同比增長9.6%。中國國內在生產油田自然遞減率得到有效控制，海外項目淨產量實現超產。潿洲12-8油田東區開發項目和圭亞那Liza二期順利投產，恩平、陸豐和墾利等多個在建重點項目穩步推進。
公司大力實施提質增效升級行動，抓住高油價有利時機高效組織生產，油氣銷售收入和淨利潤均創歷史新高，充分彰顯了管理層卓越的管理水平。上半年，公司油氣銷售收入達人民幣1,766.8億元，同比大幅增長75.6%。歸母淨利潤達人民幣718.9億元，同比大幅增長115.7%，每股盈利人民幣1.57元。公司桶油主要成本管控良好，上半年桶油主要成本為30.32美元，桶油作業費為7.77美元。公司資本支出為人民幣416億元，同比增長15.4%，為未來增儲上產提供有力保障。
公司一如既往重視股東回報，董事會決定派發2022年中期股息每股0.70港元(含税)，創歷史同期新高。
公司科技創新取得突破性進展，繼2021年“深海一號”能源站成功投用後，2022年上半年，公司自主設計建造的亞洲第一深水導管架平台“海基一號”成功安裝；自主研發的首套淺水和深水水下井口及採油樹也順利完成海試。公司重視油氣資源的數字化、智能化開發，秦皇島32-6油田岸電投用，並建成海上智能油田標杆項目，開創了“智能、安全、高效”的新型海上油氣開採模式。
上半年，公司穩步推進綠色發展，首次在海上平台大規模使用綠電；積極探索海上綠色低碳產業新模式，在大亞灣聯合啟動中國首個海上規模化CCS/CCUS集羣研究項目。公司立足海洋優勢，有序推進文昌深遠海浮式風電國產化研製及示範應用項目開工建造。
上半年，公司持續推進落實常態化疫情防控措施，公司整體安全生產態勢平穩。
