聯想集團(00992.HK)敲定2024年到期換股債購回價
聯想集團(00992.HK)公布,根據參考股價6.9751元,2024年到期可換股債券的購回價已釐定為債券本金額的119.85%。至今,可換股債券持有人承諾出售本金總額4.55億美元債券。同時,新可換股債券的初步換股價已釐定為每股9.94元,較上交易日(18日)收報溢價42.2%。
公司建議,發行2029年到期本金額6.75億美元2.5%新可換股債券,所得淨額6.64億美元。其中,主要用於購回部分2024年到期3.75%可換股債券。
