澳門6月酒店房平均入住率按年跌6.3個百分點至39.1%
澳門特區統計暨普查局資料顯示,今年6月向公眾提供住宿服務的酒店業場所共121間,按年增加6間,可提供客房數目上升5.5%至3.7萬間。6月客房平均入住率按年減少6.3個百分點至39.1%,當中五星級酒店的客房平均入住率為31.9%,按年下跌12.2個百分點。
6月份酒店業場所住客按年減少10.3%至42.1萬人次;內地住客(31.5萬人次)下跌11.9%,澳門本地住客(7.8萬人次)亦減少5.6%。住客的平均留宿時間按年增加0.1晚至1.8晚。
2022年上半年酒店業場所的客房平均入住率按年下跌12.8個百分點至37.6%,住客減少22.3%至262.4萬人次,平均留宿時間維持在1.8晚。
