《新股消息》中國中免(601888.SH)通過聯交所上市聆訊
據港交所(00388.HK)文件披露,中國中免(601888.SH)已通過聯交所上市聆訊。
不過,據《每日經濟新聞》引述中國中免投關部員工表示,對傳言提到的集資最多為27.4億美元一事,目前無法回覆,不能確認。日前有報道指,傳中國中免本周五啟動來港上市,集資最多27.4億美元(約215億港元)。
此外,中國中免公布,就物業管理、運輸、票務、推廣及信息技術支援等服務與中國旅遊集團有限公司簽署《服務採購框架協議》。
