中國碳中和(01372.HK)：碳資產開發項目快速落實 320萬噸碳資產利用日益多元
格隆匯8月9日丨中國碳中和(01372.HK)公吿，集團碳資產開發和經營業務持續取得進展，公司碳資產開發已經獲得相當數量開發項目並正在執行相關項目，項目聯合開發方進一步多元化，覆蓋更多產業。部分項目已經完成相關國際公示，預期將較快獲得相關碳信用資產，新增的碳信用資產品種更加豐富，包括生物質發電、動物糞便處理、垃圾發電等，將提升集團碳信用資產組合的整體價值。
集團目前已經持有相當數量碳信用資產，包括現貨部分和期貨部分超過320萬噸。相關碳信用資產是全球流通的優質碳信用資產，全部為美國Verra機制和瑞士GoldStandard機制所產生的相關碳信用資產，主要以VCS為主。隨着有關碳信用資產項目的持續運營，集團所持有期貨碳信用資產也不斷轉成現貨，目前已經超過210萬噸。
隨着集團碳信用資產持有量的持續增加，相關交易銷售和資產管理業務順利展開。集團通過集中交易市場交易和場外銷售兩個渠道經營碳信用資產。預期隨着香港證券交易所推出碳信用資產交易平台，相關交易將更加活躍，有利於集團實現良好財務回報。場外銷售的合作伙伴和網路逐步確立，隨着大量國際企業提出碳中和目標，碳信用資產需求快速增加。
鑑於全球碳信用資產市場迅猛發展和新加坡碳信用市場日趨活躍，集團新加坡子公司Singapore International Carbon
Asset Management Pte. Ltd.將聯合知名機構發起設立全球碳資產基金，集團擬擔任全球碳資產基金的一般合夥人(GP)並投入100萬噸VCS碳信用資產作為有限合夥人(LP)出資參與全球碳資產基金的發起和管理。
