《本地樓市》葉劉淑儀:撤內地買家在港置業DSD屬新民黨意見
據外電週二(9日)早上報道,行政會議召集人葉劉淑儀透露政府正考慮免除內地買家在港置業的雙倍印花稅,以振興本地經濟。報道又指,葉劉淑儀對11月實現取消酒店檢疫隔離措施感到樂觀。 不過,葉太隨後向《商臺》表示,有關建議是新民黨的意見,將會在《施政報告》諮詢期間提出。 《商臺》續引述葉太稱,新民黨一直收到內地來港專才的訴求,希望在未取得永久居留權前,可以與香港居民一樣,獲豁免繳付雙重印花稅(DSD),她認爲建議有助增強專才對香港的歸屬感,亦是較公平的做法。被問到建議會否推高樓價,葉劉淑儀認爲,目前樓市比較疲弱,相關建議有助挽留人才。
