uSMART盈立智投7月29日消息，截止發稿，港股三大指數齊跌，恆生指數跌1.11%，報20392.08點，成交額341.66億；國企指數跌1.46%，報6978.22點，成交額119.06億；紅籌指數跌0.74%，報3721.52點，成交額8.75億。
教育股漲勢延續，香港教育國際漲超5%，新東方在線、光正教育、中國職業教育漲超3%；
航運及港口板塊走高，太平洋航運漲超8%，東方海外國際漲超5%，中遠海控漲超3%；
內房股走弱，旭輝控股集團跌超4%，碧桂園、合景泰富集團、時代中國控股跌近3%；
光伏太陽能板塊拉昇，福萊特玻璃漲超10%，信義光能漲6%，洛陽玻璃漲超5%，國家能源局稱，大力發展非化石能源，能源消費總量中越來越多要來自於非化石能源，有信心實現2030年前碳達峯，清潔能源已佔能源消費增量60%以上；
SaaS概念走低，新紐科技跌超9%，中國有贊跌超5%，醫渡科技、明源雲跌超3%；
物管股下挫，碧桂園服務跌近5%，寶龍商業跌超3%，時代鄰裏、合景悠活、金科服務跌近3%；
互聯網醫療板塊走低，京東健康跌近6%，阿裏健康跌超5%，平安好醫生跌超2%。

新東方-S高開11.22%，報22.8港元，股價創逾1年新高，新東方28日公佈業績顯示，截至2022年5月31日止的第四季度淨營收5.24億美元，同比下跌56.8%，經營虧損1.056億美元，同比擴大3.2%，股東應佔淨虧損1.893億美元，同比擴大316.4%，新東方董事會授權回購最多4億美元的公司普通股；
普拉達漲5.82%，報46.35港元，總市值1186億港元，該公司昨日發佈截至2022年6月30日止6個月中期業績，集團取得收益淨額19億歐元，按固定匯率計算，同比增加22.5%，經調整EBIT爲3.31億歐元，同比增加99.39%，每股盈利0.074歐元，期內，按固定匯率計算，零售渠道的銷售淨額同比增加26.4%，毛利率增加到77.7%，公告指出，該集團的零售銷售淨額較2021年首6個月取得雙位數強勁增長，已超出疫情前的水，。銷售經致力改良生產過程及提升零售表現後達致增長，令集團營運利潤率大幅提升。
