五礦資源(01208.HK)附屬擬就秘魯2017年度評稅提出上訴
五礦資源(01208.HK)公布,公司附屬MLB已收到到秘魯國家稅務管理監察局2017年稅務年度審計的評稅通知,金額為約1.32億美元。
集團指,MLB不同意該局就秘魯所得稅法所作的有關詮釋及應用,有意就2017年評稅提出上訴,且在上訴得出解決之前不會支付所評稅金額。據知,於秘魯司法系統進行上訴或需時多年方可達致解決。鑒於MLB擬進行上訴及根據集團稅務及法律顧問的意見,公司不擬於綜合財務報表就任何評稅金額確認負債。(ek/u)
