開局強勁！德琪醫藥-B(06996.HK)2022年中期業績預吿釋放希維奧®銷售積極信號
格隆匯7月28日丨2022年7月28日，德琪醫藥-B(06996.HK)發佈2022年中期業績預吿。公吿顯示，德琪醫藥首款產品希維奧®(塞利尼索片)於2022年5月13日正式商業化銷售，截至2022年6月30日，公司已實現營收約人民幣5400萬元，主要收入來自希維奧®的銷售。對比去年同期未產生收入，可以看出公司2022年上半年營收實現大幅增長。
據悉，希維奧®是全球首個全新機制的口服選擇性核輸出蛋白(XPO1)抑制劑，在美國已獲美國食品藥品監督管理局(FDA)批准用於治療復發/難治性多發性骨髓瘤(R/R MM)和復發/難治性瀰漫性大B細胞淋巴瘤(R/R DLBCL)。2021年12月，希維奧®通過中國國家藥品監督管理局(NMPA)優先審評程序，獲批聯合地塞米松用於治療R/R MM。德琪醫藥擁有希維奧®中國大陸及亞太地區權益，目前已主導完成該產品在中國大陸、澳大利亞、韓國和新加披等亞太主要市場的獲批及上市。
商業化開局強勁 或預示銷售收入將持續快速增長
基於公司業績預吿，雖受到疫情影響，希維奧®於今年5月在中國大陸的開局仍堪稱強勁，目前已實現營收約5400萬元。據此推算，公司極有可能完成年初指引的1.8至2億元銷售目標，該數據對於一款全新機制的血液腫瘤產品來説十分亮眼。
除此之外，德琪醫藥不只擁有希維奧®在中國大陸的權益，還擁有亞太地區權益。公司已主導完成希維奧®在澳大利亞、韓國和新加披等亞太主要市場的獲批及上市，還預計將於2022年第三季度在中國香港和中國台灣獲得上市批准。
疫情之下砥礪前行 全速惠及腫瘤患者
希維奧®原定於4月中旬的上市計劃因遭遇上海疫情，延期至5月13日。為儘早滿足患者用藥，公司克服種種困難，打通各項渠道，在疫情重壓之下於一週內實現全國30個省市自治區的600家醫院和105家DTP藥房的全覆蓋。
目前，公司已在中國大陸和亞太地區分別建立起一支約150人和約30人的經驗豐富的商業化團隊，韓國、新加披、澳大利亞、中國香港及中國台灣的商業化團隊已悉數到位，持續加深與重點醫院的溝通。同時，公司也在積極進行各地商業保險的洽談工作，希維奧®已被納入河北、江蘇、浙江等省部分城市的惠民保。此外，公司還計劃申請加入全民健康保險。
整體而言，德琪醫藥在疫情之下依然實現了良好的商業化開局，公司上半年營收實現大幅增長達約5400萬元。由此推算，即便全年銷售週期從8個半月減少至7個半月，公司仍極有可能完成年初指引的1.8至2億元的銷售目標。
